Afonso is owner of innovation consultancy Saint Brand focused on building corporate ventures. Afonso’s career spans 17+ years of marketing, design, tech consulting in corporate entities such as WPP, Adidas and LinkedIn before becoming a full-time entrepreneur in 2018. Under Saint Brand Afonso has built and led 4 successful new businesses, 2 spin outs, 2 spin-ins and is today engaged in building 2 spin out ventures for EDF Luminus. In addition to that Afonso holds a few advisory roles alongside startups, namely Geotourist (UK). Trained agile coach and speaker, Afonso has led numerous public speaking and startup acceleration programmes. I develop my own frameworks, love doing and don’t refer to myself in the 3rd person.
