Cecilia is a rainmaker, passionate about tech with purpose and a strong advocate of triple bottom line investment. With 22 years of international experience in principal investments, capital raising, structured finance and business development, she thrives on building and growing cross-functional, culturally diverse teams. She is co-founder and Managing Director of Enercar, an energy finance advisory firm. Prior to Enercar, she was Managing Director of Equity Investments in Latin America at GE Capital Energy Financial Services. She has also worked for the IFC, the IADB and the World Bank as a consultant. Cecilia holds a Master’s in International Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a Master’s in International Studies from the University of Warwick.
