Since the day that my grandfather got me my first computer that I have fallen in love with computers, that’s why I have decided to pursue the study of the most unpredictable computer known, Humans. During my career path, I have been lucky to have worked with incredible people who taught me valuable lessons within this field, started out on a consulting company but soon got invited to be the first recruited in the now, Portuguese Unicorn, Talkdesk. I’m one of the co-founders of Damia Group Portugal and during the last 4 years we have helped companies like Sky, Volkswagen Group, Mercedes.IO, and Bose, and startups like Practio, Pro-drone, Feedzai, and Hopin on having talent acquisition expertise that allows them to find the candidates they need while providing a great Recruitment experience for the candidates!
