Shannon Low has over 15 years of experience in tech companies, startups and seed investment, in business development, product management, technology development and investment management capacities. He has held multiple roles at Google leading business development in mobile, new products and early-stage pilots across EMEA and APAC, co-founded two startups (social networks and digital advertising), set up the Singapore business and operations for US-based seed investment fund and startup incubator Plug and Play Tech Center, and held various roles in the Singapore government covering investment management, industry development, strategic planning, policy and research portfolios.
